Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Only Big Deals LLC (Pepti.Deals) collects, why, and the control you have over it. We collect the minimum needed to run the marketplace.

1. What we collect

• Account data: email, name, password (hashed — never stored in plain text).
• Order data: shipping/billing address, items purchased, amounts. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor (PayGate.to); we never see or store card numbers. Payouts are made in USDC (Polygon) to self-custodial wallet addresses.
• Usage data (anonymous): deal page views, approximate time on page, and interactions, tied to a random first-party session token — not to your identity unless you're logged in.
• Affiliate attribution: when you follow an affiliate's link, we record the click (hashed IP, browser type) so affiliates can be paid fairly.
• Affiliate/brand data: profile information, payout details, and store connection credentials (encrypted at rest).

2. What we never do

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never store raw payment card numbers.
• We never use third-party advertising trackers.
• We never email marketing content to unsubscribed or suppressed addresses.

3. How we use data

• Process orders, payments (via PayGate.to), and fulfillment.
• Calculate affiliate commissions and brand payouts.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping) and — only with consent — deal newsletters.
• Produce aggregate, anonymized analytics (e.g., conversion rates) for brands and platform operations.
• Prevent fraud and secure the platform.

4. Your rights (GDPR/CCPA and similar laws)

• Access & export: download everything we hold about you from Account → Privacy.
• Deletion: delete your account from Account → Privacy. Order/payment records are anonymized and retained only as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
• Correction: edit your profile and addresses anytime.
• Opt out: one-click unsubscribe in every marketing email; cookie choices via the banner or Cookie Policy.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Financial records (orders, payments, commissions) are retained as required by law. Anonymous analytics events are aggregated and purged on a rolling basis.

6. Processors

We use PayGate.to (payments), Resend (email), and brands' own fulfillment systems (Shopify/WooCommerce/custom) strictly to provide the service, each under their own data-processing terms.
