Terms of Service

Welcome to Pepti.Deals, operated by Only Big Deals LLC ("Only Big Deals LLC", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Pepti.Deals marketplace. By creating an account, listing products, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Research use only (RUO)

All products sold on Pepti.Deals are research-use-only laboratory materials. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease.

• Suppliers must not make claims of human use, dosing, weight loss, disease treatment, or equivalence to approved drug products. Our AI compliance engine scans listings and marketing copy for such claims; violating content is blocked or removed.
• A "research use only" label does not make surrounding marketing compliant — we enforce the substance of the claim, not the label.
• Buyers represent that they purchase materials solely for legitimate laboratory research and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

2. The marketplace

Pepti.Deals connects research-material suppliers with laboratories and researchers, and with affiliates who promote listings. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the supplier is the seller of record: suppliers are responsible for products, fulfillment, shipping, and their own legal/tax obligations. Only Big Deals LLC provides the platform, payment processing, comparison tooling, and affiliate distribution.

3. Deals

• Deals are limited-time and limited-quantity. Prices, discounts, countdowns, and inventory counters reflect the supplier's actual campaign configuration.
• A deal ends when its timer expires or inventory sells out, whichever comes first.
• We never inflate "regular prices" or fabricate scarcity. Report suspected violations to [email protected].

4. Orders, payment, and final sales

• Orders are fulfilled by the supplier via their own infrastructure.
• Payments are processed by PayGate.to (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, crypto). We never see or store your card details.
• Each payment is split on-chain in USDC (Polygon) between the supplier, the platform, and any attributed affiliate at the moment of sale.
• All sales are final. Because products are research-use-only laboratory materials, we do not offer returns or refunds except where required by law. Damaged or incorrect shipments are handled under the supplier's stated replacement policy.

5. Membership (Pro Research / Business)

• Paid memberships are sold as 30- or 365-day access cycles. Nothing renews automatically — we hold no card on file. We email a renewal link before your cycle ends; benefits lapse until you renew.
• Pro Research includes advanced supplier filtering, the COA database, batch tracking, saved suppliers, price monitoring, product alerts, research documentation, and API access. Business adds multi-user, procurement, bulk purchasing, supplier management, and advanced analytics.
• Member deal benefits (early access, member prices, members-only drops) vary per deal and are shown on the deal page.

6. Affiliates

Affiliates earn commissions on attributed sales, paid instantly in USDC to their registered self-custodial wallet as part of the on-chain split (or accrued for manual payout if no wallet is on file). Affiliates must disclose material connections (e.g., #ad) per FTC guidelines and must not make health, dosing, or human-use claims — affiliate content passes through the same compliance engine as supplier listings.

7. Suppliers & verification

Suppliers must own or have rights to sell listed materials, honor deal terms, fulfill orders promptly, keep inventory accurate, and maintain accurate COA documentation. The Verified Supplier badge reflects our review of business entity, manufacturing, and testing documentation; it is not a guarantee of product quality or legality. AI cross-checks between COAs and listing claims (“Documentation Alerts”) are advisory signals, not laboratory results.

8. Acceptable use

No fraud, scraping at abusive rates, fake accounts, review manipulation, resale for human consumption, or interference with tracking/attribution. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

9. Liability

The marketplace is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Only Big Deals LLC is not liable for supplier products, misuse of research materials, indirect damages, or lost profits. Suppliers are solely responsible for the legality and safety of their products.
